Being in harmony with nature is the secret to be in tune with the seasons, according to Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and the world’s longest continuously practised system of medicine.
Dipti, a qualified Ayurvedic Therapist, nutritionist, and tea aficionado, is the host for this workshop on Ayurvedic Spring Nutrition.
Our Ayurvedic Nutrition workshop is the ideal remedy for developing a rhythm and habit that will help you gradually lighten up physically, psychologically, and emotionally during spring.
It will allow you to reconnect with yourself and use food as a strong healing tool for a blissful year. The greatest way to get your body in tune with the changing of the seasons is to eat lighter meals, include particular herbs in your diet, and engage in yoga and meditation.
The main focus of our workshop will be on learning to cook authentic and traditional Ayurvedic dishes that are very helpful during the seasonal shift.
We have a modest tradition of cooking the meals, allowing all of our amazing yogis to help out in the kitchen, and letting everyone contribute to this healing experience.
Throughout this time, you will be given traditional Ayurvedic tea, refreshments, and a freshly prepared lunch.
We will use the preparation as an opportunity to discuss how to transition from the winter to the spring season utilising holistic tools such as easy daily routines, Ayurvedic rituals, and how to start moving in sync with your body’s circadian clock using time and food as the building blocks for a healthy body and mind.
In order to boost your immunity and digestion this spring, you will also learn more about which beans, legumes, nuts and seeds, grains, and spices to include in your diet.
After the event, a digital guide will be delivered to your inbox, enabling you to take advantage of this wonderfully uplifting experience.
Namaste and we hope to see you there!
